How AVANEST Was Born

AVANEST was born through a meaningful conversation between two people from different, yet connected, professional fields. Through their experience with property owners, real estate, and real professional needs, they recognized the need for something clearer, more practical, and more organized before important decisions are made. They saw the same need through their contact with trusted professionals around the property sector, each one with their own role and expertise. This is how AVANEST was created: to help property owners, buyers, and professionals start with a clearer view, the right order, and better understanding before expenses, purchases, or decisions.

What AVANEST Is

AVANEST is an independent support service for property readiness, clear space overview, and cost transparency. We help the client better understand the real condition of a property before moving forward with decisions, purchases, changes, or expenses. Our role is to bring order, organize the needs, show what comes first, and help the client make decisions with a clearer view and less confusion. AVANEST does not sell properties and does not replace the role of other professionals. It works as a complementary service, alongside the client and alongside the people who already support them.

Collaboration With Professionals

AVANEST works with property owners, buyers, and professionals around the property sector. It can work alongside real estate agents, developers, architects, lawyers, contractors, accountants, STR companies, and other professionals, with respect for their own role and for the relationship they have with their client. AVANEST does not take their place. It offers organized support around property readiness, the clear view of the space, and cost transparency, so that the client can move forward with greater confidence. Through the AVANEST Support Code, the professional can show continuous support to their client, without the client having to start from zero every time.

How We Start

Quick Start

The process begins with Quick Start. Quick Start is the first simple step of understanding. The client gives us basic information about the property, the current situation, their goal, and the needs they see. At this stage, a full service has not yet begun. First, we listen, understand, and see what the case needs. Quick Start helps AVANEST gain an initial clear picture before the right next step is proposed.

AVANEST Support Card

After Quick Start, the client's personal AVANEST Support Card is created or activated. The AVANEST Support Card includes the personal AVANEST Support Code. This code keeps the property case organized, so that support can continue without having to start from zero every time. For the client, it means continuity, organization, and the reassurance that the property history is not lost. For the professional, it means that their client continues to receive support, without replacing the professional's own role or relationship with the client.

Clear Start is the first organized property readiness review. The goal is for the owner or buyer to know where to start before moving forward with purchases, changes, or decisions.

AVANEST Smart Choices

Choices, costs, and links before purchase

Smart Choices organizes specific options for each space. We prepare suggested products, quantities, indicative costs, notes, and purchase links, so that the client can see everything clearly on their screen. The client can view the options in an organized way, from wherever they are, in Cyprus or abroad, before approving any purchase. The final purchase and payment decision always remains with the client.

Ready Look helps the property achieve a clearer, more organized, and more complete image. Based on what has already been approved, we support the practical organization of the key spaces, items, and small details that affect the first impression. The goal is for the space to look more ready for use, presentation, sale, rental, or hospitality.

A clear request to professionals

Clear Request helps the client organize more clearly what they need to request from independent professionals, suppliers, or service providers. Based on what has already been identified, the request becomes more specific, more understandable, and more organized. AVANEST does not replace the independent professional. It helps the client communicate their need correctly, so that confusion is avoided.
